The Foundation offers scholarships to support female students to pursue STEM fields.
STEM careers used to be limited, but as society changes, combined with expectations for manufacturing and technological advancement through the participation of a diverse range of people, all career options are expanding, including jobs and occupations that did not exist in the past.
In addition, the way individuals work is becoming more diverse, and having a STEM background can help reduce risk when changing work styles to suit life events.

We believe that in the future, when there is no "right answer" for careers and decision-making, it is important for each individual to choose the field they love and want to learn, and to seize their dreams on their own.
